Emily, at first this struck me as an interesting concept for an album cover...for classical music maybe? Instead of the name of the piano it would be the name of the album printed there. I really love the sense of light coming in from the right. Really lovely contrast.
I agree with chocolate hug. It looks like an album cover or an add for something. This pic is perfect in black and white. The only color I could see in it would be red or pink from a flower, but that might detract from the rest of the photo.
